A fully decomposed unidentified body of a male found in Puchi-Geku circle of Kamle district, case being registered

ITANAGAR, MAY 26: A fully decomposed body of a male has been found lying downstream of a stream which is around 2 KM distance from NH-13 on Trans Arunachal Highway in Kamle district, the body un-identified due to fully decomposed.

Kamle SP Taru Gusar informs that as and when the information was received the police team along with magistrate and medical team has left for place of occurrence (PO). Since the site is around 2 KM through a stream, it is a very terrible route and the team could reach the site and take lots of time. He said.

The PO is at Laa village which comes under Puchi-Geku circle of the district and the stream is known as Suk nallah and the huge volume of water is discharged in rainy days. The place of Occurrence is around 40-45 KM from the district headquarter. He said.

Since the body was fully decomposed, beyond recognition, without any clothes and even the age could not be ascertained. And it was not possible to carry away the decomposed body for other formalities. And the legal formalities have been done nearby the place after conducting inquest and other legal formalities done at the PO. He said.

The police team in presence of magistrate and medical team from the district headquarter and witnesses the body was disposed off properly as per direction of the magistrate and medical team. He said.

A case of unnatural death is being registered at Raga police station, accordingly messages will also be sent to all the nearby police stations of district and other districts of state and north east region to get any information. SP said.

However if someone has any information related to any missing person in Puchi-Geku circle and Kamle district as a whole may contact the Kamle police. The SP added.
