A former student donated Photostat machine while a retired teacher contributed his retirement pension monthly salary to GHSS

Manoj Singh || ITANAGAR, DEC 24 : In a move to give back to own school and educational institution a former students of government Higher Secondary school Itanagar Tanya Agu has donated a Photostat machine and dedicated to the service to his own school where he studied decades back.

Speaking to this daily, Tania Agu a former student of GHSS Itanagar informed that “education is a key to unlock the work through knowledge and I gain lots of knowledge form the GHSS Itanaagr. I being a former student and a student leader of state has tried to spare a token gift of Photostat machine which would be best utilizes by the school in best possible way”. He said.

I am not the first person to do so but hope that many will follow the same and it would be a happy moment when everyone those who remember his school and college and university where one has pursued his/her education then it would be a happy moment and many things may change with their support and contribution in time to come. added Agu.

In an another move to give back to own institution/place of work where you served, a retired teacher TGT M.P Yadav of Government Higher secondary school, Itanagar has contributed his retirement pension salary to the school. A cheque amounting to Rs. 42.601/= had been handed over to the school authority at School campus.

The GHSS, Itanagar Principal Tumngam Loyi in a message has said that “ Tanya Agu (alumnus) a former student leader has donated a photo copy machine for his own school on Saturday December 24 2022. She said.

The whole school fraternity convey heartily thanks  to Tanya Agu and his family for his noble and generous contribution toward alma matter. She said.  

In an impressive movement, a retired (TGT) Mahendra Pratap Yadav who retired recently on August 31st has contributed Rupees forty two thousand six hundred one only to the authority of the school for the welfare of the school. She said.

the Rtd Teacher Yadav has announced to contribute his monthly pension amount yearly for the welfare of the school till his survival. And as per his announcement made for the generous purpose the said cheque was his first monthly pension (salary) of Rs. 42601/= and an impressive moment as he is the first teacher of  the school to do contribute his monthly pension where he has served around three decades. She said.

It is a memorable and wonderful announcement made by M. P Yadav who has provided yeomen service to the school and has contributed his best of the best service to promotion and development of education scenario of state. The school fraternity convey heartily thanks to M. P Yadav for his noble and generous contribution to Government Higher secondary school Itanagar. Principal Tumngam Loyi added.
