36Bn CRPF Elevates Community Well-Being Through Civic Action Programme in Niaunu Village

Niaunu, November 10, Demonstrating an unwavering commitment to community welfare, the 36th Battalion of the Central Reserve Police Force (36 Bn CRPF) orchestrated a Civic Action Programme in Niaunu village, Longding district. On November 10, 2023, the program unfolded, distributing 200 liters of water tanks to 70 households, symbolizing the CRPF’s dedication to strengthening the bond between security forces and civil society. The initiative aims to improve the quality of drinking water and promote a hygienic lifestyle in the region.

Led by Shri Lamkhokam Lhoujem, Commandant 36 Bn CRPF, and graced by the presence of Shri Tume Amo, SP Longding, Shri L. Kipgen, 2-i/c 36Bn CRPF, Shri Banghang Tangjang, Dy.SP Longding, and other esteemed civil dignitaries, the Civic Action Programme underscored the collaborative synergy between the CRPF and local administration in addressing fundamental community needs.
