Mossang appeal the consumers to get the benefit of e-Daakhil for redressal of their grievances and complaints

ITANAGAR, FEB 24 : The Minister for Legal metrology and Consumer Affairs and UD Kamlung Mossang on Thursday has appeal the consumers of state to get the benefit of the e-Daakhil for redressal of their grievances and complaints without going to office and consumer court through online and mobile technology.

Launching the much awaited portal for e-filing of consumer complaints and grievances,                     e-Daakhil, with website address, www.e-Daakhil.nic.in in the state of Arunachal Pradesh here at conference hall of the Chief Secretary at Arunachal Pradesh civil secretariat, Mossang said that it would benefit the consumers of our state.

Exhorting upon the Department Officers to be vigil and duty bound upon receipt of consumer cases for their quickest disposal, the Minister congratulated the entire team of NIC, both New Delhi Unit and the State unit alongwith the State Legal Metrology & Consumer Affairs  Deptt. to have successfully  boarded the portal. He also expressed his satisfaction, as the portal would be a platform for common consumers to lodge their complaints through online mode, by simply registering in the portal with a valid and registered mobile number,  e-mail and proper address. He also requested the media fraternity to extend due co-operation with Department of LMCA and support the cause of common consumers in the state.

Earlier, while delivering the welcome address,  Secretary, LMCA Opak Gao, submitted the inconvenience for early on-boarding the portal for certain administrative reasons and technical glitches. He also thanked and congratulated the entire team of Officers of LMCA and NIC for successful on – boarding of the the portal. 

Senior Technical Director, NIC, New Delhi Ravindra Kumar and Deputy Director General (DDG) Amarnath Mishra also witnessed the launching programme from New Delhi through VC. Both of them also elaborated the technical details and functioning of the portal. Duo also congratulated the state team and urged upon the officers and officials to take care of the genuine grievances of the consumers of state. 

Controller, LMCA, Hoktum Ori, ACLMCA Taba Tabin also address the ceremony. 

The programme was also attended by Officers of NIC, AP state unit led by Jt. SIO,Taso Habung, Scientist-C Bimal Chandra Borah, district level officers of LMCA HQ. Office, The Presidents of several district and all the District Consumer Protection Officers (DCPOs) of this Department also attended the launch programme through VC.
