Board Members Inspect R.K. Sarada Mission Girls’ School in Khonsa for Formal Recognition

Khonsa, July 11: A team of board members, led by CO Lim Modi and consisting of four members from the Education Department and District Administration, recently conducted a physical inspection of the Ramakrishna Sarada Mission Girls’ School (RKSM) in Khonsa, Tirap District, Arunachal Pradesh. The purpose of the inspection was to assess the school’s eligibility for formal recognition and potential grant by the government.

During the inspection, Lim Modi, CO Borduria and Chairman of the board, expressed appreciation for the Principal and teaching staff of RKSM. They commended their immense dedication to the teaching profession and their commitment to the holistic development of girls’ students not only in Arunachal Pradesh but also across India.

Lim Modi and Nokdon Chimyang, VP of GHSS Khonsa, had the opportunity to interact with both students and teachers of RK Sarada Mission School during the inspection. The team found that the school’s infrastructure met all the necessary requirements outlined in the Right to Education (RTE) guidelines for formal recognition.

Accompanying the inspection program were Nokdon Chimyang, VP of GHSS Khonsa, serving as the Member Secretary, Ganjam Atoa, in charge of the Block Education Office (HQ), and Tediap Tangjang, the Chief Administrative Officer to the District Commissioner, who served as members of the board.

The inspection marks an important step towards the potential formal recognition and grant of RK Sarada Mission Girls’ School, which has been dedicated to nurturing the educational journey of girls in Khonsa and contributing to the larger mission of empowering young women across the nation.
