PISTANA, JAN 20 : The Minister for education, DIA and cultural Affairs and Yachuli local MLA Taba Tedir on Friday has appeal the people of 16th Yachuli assembly constituency to work hard with a dedication and commitment with sincerity to make the constituency as a model assembly constituency of state.
Tedir was addressing series of public meeting and public function at Belo and Ambang in Pistana circle of Yachuli assembly constituency of Lower Subansiri district on Friday. Tedir said that whatever is needed for an assembly constituency and even a district has either been made available and infrastructure have been created and several needed projects and schemes are in progress for a model assembly constituency. Almost all the villages have been connected with water supply and power connection hardly few of the small hamlets are hardly left. Road network is fully done and modernization and strengthening of connectivity is being done in all spheres including the digital connectivity etc. infrastructure in almost all the educational institution are in full progress. All the schools building and infrastructure to 22 schools in my assembly constituency has been made. He said.
Officers and offices of various works department and line department has been brought in Yachuli and offices infrastructure for such department are also in progress. The teachers quarter for various schools are also in progress. He said.
It should be our endeavor that we should avoid deforestation, avoid hunting and killing of wild animals for ecological balance and better environment.
He said.
The biggest treasure is our children’s but they should be send to schools and if they are properly educated and learn good habits and discipline they would become a good citizens and serve the society and work for development of area, state and country. He said.
Out teachers in school are qualified and well trained and appointed after interview based on required qualifications and experiences so it should be better if the parents send their wards to government school which is almost free of cost. He said.
All the centrally and state sponsored scheme are made available to the citizens and they need to fully utilize it to gain the benefit to the beneficiaries. He said.
Almost all the main roads and Trans Arunachal Highway (TAH) has been completed and some are nearing completion and earlier it took several hours to reach a destination but when we see a better road it only hardly take an hours. He said.
Connectivity is the mother on development and connectivity in all forms are in progress and accordingly all needed infrastructure are also in progress so if all section use the government infrastructure in proper way and work unitedly whatever scheme and projects come to the various panchayat of the constituency there are full chances that we can become self sustainability. He said.
During my four years tenure I have given schemes in almost 106 villages of six Zila parishad segments for better development. I have always emphasis the elected PRI to work independently and select the beneficiaries on need basis and do not misuse the fund once allotted for development of area and welfare of people. He said.
Almost two years was wastage to Covid 19 pandamic all the progress of development was badly hampered and I too was badly affected by the epidemic however the 1st priority I have given to all the schools and educational institution of Yachuli Constituency.
He also raise concern of rise of drug addiction case and appeal the general public to work to bring any misguided youths and help them to become a good human being. . He said.
The best knowledge and intelligent need to be utilized for better purpose and an exemplary for the state and we should also try to make the Yachuli a model assembly constituency. He added.
I am trying with other lawmakers for a state for a state highway from Sagalee to Yachuli. A mini secretariat would also be constructed. Tedir furthers said.
Two memorandum was submitted on the occasion one at Belo and other at Ambang for public importance which the minister assured to take up on priority basis.
The team led by Minister Taba Tedir inaugurated bachelor barracks constructed by education department at Government Upper Primary school at Ambam and government Upper Primary school at Belo. Laid foundation stone for construction of RLR from Ambam to Lal Nemchi ((15 KM, Phase-I), laid foundation stone for construction of community hall at Ambam village etc.
The Minister also distributed one hundreds blankets to older people at Belo village.
Lower Subansiri ZPC Likha Sangchhore, ADC Yachuli Toko Babu, ZPMs, GPCs, GPMs, HoDs, officers and officiasl of various department, GBs, Party leaders and local people of the area were present on the occasion.
