Dedicated Senior Lecturer Bid Farewell: DIET Yachuli Honors Umesh Mishra

YACHULI, 10 June: District Institute of Education Training (DIET) Yachuli bid a heartfelt farewell to its senior most lecturer, Umesh Mishra, who dedicatedly served the institution for over a decade. A farewell program was organized today at DIET Yachuli, with Yachuli DIET Principal O Darun presiding over the event.

During the program, students of DIET spoke eloquently about the remarkable contributions made by Umesh Mishra to the institution. The senior trainees of DIET delivered a warm welcome speech, expressing gratitude for Mishra’s guidance and mentorship. The event was attended by several dignitaries from the education sector.

Mishra, a lecturer at DIET Yachuli, superannuated on Saturday, 10 June. He was known for his hard work and dedication as a teacher, specifically in the PCM (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics) group. Due to his exceptional abilities, he was absorbed into DIET Yachuli after successfully clearing an interview board.

Prior to joining DIET Yachuli, Mishra served with unwavering commitment as a TGT (Trained Graduate Teacher) in PCM at various Higher Secondary Schools and Secondary Schools across the state, particularly in Lower Subansiri District. He was also a part of the Secondary School in Hija, which was later upgraded to a Higher Secondary School. Mishra’s teaching career took him to different government schools in Arunachal Pradesh, including Koloriang Higher Secondary School, which was under Lower Subansiri and is now part of Karung Kumey.

Mishra played a pivotal role as one of the founding members of DIET Yachuli, an institution known for producing highly experienced teachers in the state. In addition to his service in the education department, he was also selected as a Master Trainer during election periods and various other distinguished functions.

With his multifaceted talents, Mishra consistently performed his duties with utmost dedication, contributing significantly to the advancement of education in the state. His remarkable proficiency, mastery over the subject matter, and compassionate approach towards his students set him apart as an exceptional educator.

The legacy of Mishra’s service to the department will be cherished both in the present and in the future. His exceptional teaching abilities, commitment, and rapport with students will always be remembered as benchmarks of excellence in education.
