ITANAGAR, MARCH 2 : The collegiums of supreme court fo india has recommended the name of one of Kardak Ete for appointment to the post of judge in Gauhati high court.
When contacted, Kardak Ete has confirmed that his name has been recommended on March 2nd and did not reveal much on the issue.
It is to mention that Kardak Ete is one of the designated senior advocate from Arunachal Pradesh and has rendered around 24 years of service.
As per information the collegiums of Guuhati high court comprising of then chief justice and two senior most judge has unanimously made the recommendation on December 1st week 2022. The chief minister and governor of Assam, Arunachal Pradesh, Mizoram and Nagaland have concurred with the recommendation. The sources said.
