Student’s organization to hold mass referendum rally against APPSC paper leakage fiasco in city on December 3

ITANAGAR, Nov 30: There are many lacunas in ongoing investigation on Arunachal Pradesh Public service (APPSC) examination paper leakage fiasco  and state government is not working as per assurance to All Arunachal Pradesh student Union(AAPSU, All Nyishi student Union and aspirants.  

Addressing a press conference here at Arunachal Press Club at Ganga, the ANSU Vice president cum rally Chairmen Rahim Yangfo informed that we are observing that the investigation Agencies and State government is not working as per demands of APPSU, ANSU and APPSC aspirants in APPSC fiasco, so we are going to organize mass referendum rally on 3rd December  in protest against state government, 

We demand immediate arrest and interrogation of former APPSC Chairmen Nabam Nipo, other board members, secretary Jayanta Kumar Rai and all other officers but state government still failed to arrest them. The state government clarify why those officers should not be summon, questioned and arrested as per investigation. He added.

The APPSC fiasco is a big issue for state because they murdered the future of state so they are deserved to strong punishment for their criminal activities.   

He also claimed that we are observing that CBI and SIC is yet to investigate the actual demands of AAPSU and ANSU on APPSC fiasco. 

He also informed that during rally they going to submit their various additional demands to state government including ED and Court monitored/ judicial probe, immediate dismissal and termination of all state government officials involved in paper leakage issue, immediate declaration Null and void to all the examination where paper leakage has been found, 

No examination to be conduct till the completion of the investigation process , the APPSC examination to be endorsed to Union public service commission (UPSC), In APPSC SOP must be prepared with the participation of at least 2 aspirants.

Demanded the state government to deliver justice to Mudang Yabyang PWD candidate for the post of lecturer in polytechnic, 

Whistleblower Gyamar padang to be rewarded with the post of AE (Civil) , the three members IAS committee report on APPSC AE Civil paper leakage issue to be make public. 

Further he also requested all the public, student community, district base student union  and parents to participate in the rally which will be begin from Dera Natung Government Collage Itanagar
