NAHARLAGUN, Doimukh MLA and advisor to Animal Husbandry, Dairy Development & Veterinary Tana Hali Tara on Tuesday distributed the certificates to the winner of the State Level Painting Competition on Energy Conservation under National Campaign on Energy Conservation-2021.
Bomyir Nguso of VKV Vivek Vihar, Itanagar, Kara Kinam of Alphonsa public school Naharlagun and Suparna Deb also of VKV Vivek Vihar, Itanagar were selected the 1st, 2nd and 3rd winners respectively under category B of the competition. A total of 155 students from class 8th, 9th and 10th standard had participated in this category.
While in category A, the State Level Painting Competition on Energy Conservation under National Campaign on Energy Conservation-2021 was conducted among the students of 5th, 6th and 7th standards wherein 234 children participated.
Tanisha Das of VKV, Chimpu, Jarde Yinyo of VKV Vivek Vihar, Itanagar and Saanvi Dev also of VKV Vivek Vihar, Itanagar were declared 1st, 2nd and 3rd winners of the category A.
As per reports, the winners will be sent to participate in the National Level Painting Competition. The state-level painting competition for students of Classes V, VI & VII under category ‘A’ and Classes VIII, IX & X under category ‘B’ was conducted by the NHPC Ltd.
