RCSA distributed sewing machines to two women activists and social workers.

NAHARLAGUN, JUNE 5 : The Rotary Club of Sunrise Arunachal (RCSA) in continuing its service to the people and people in need on Sunday has distributed sewing machine to two women activist and social workers on the occasion of world environment day in a simple ceremony at city hotel in Naharlagun.

RCSA President Rajen Nani speaking to the media informed us that our organisation which has emerged its state unit a few years ago began its service to the needy and deserving people and it is the agenda and motto of our organization. This is the fourth such programme in the year by RCSA. We are working with a team ‘ serve above self & serve to change lives’. He said.

We have dedicated members though very less but dedicated and committed and shall  try to give our best services and ability and energy upto whatever we can. Our proposal was sent but in the first instance  two sets of sewing machines were received and we are distributing it to two women activists and social workers who are involved in social works and serving humanity. The two people which include Taliang Santi, founder Chairman of Mothers Home, Lekhi and Olak Bayor, Proprietor of My Knitting training group, Daporijo. He added.

He further appeals to the like minded and well-wisher to extend support and cooperate and join the team  in serving humanity.

Among other Ex-MLA Larbin Nasi, youth leader Teli Mello Camdir and others attended the function.
