Patrolling vehicle for Namdapha National Park flagged off

MIAO, Apr 26: A protection cum patrolling vehicle for Namdapha wildlife sanctuary was flagged off here on Tuesday by Urban development Minister Kamlung Mosang at the premises of the Field Director Office, Namdapha National Park & Tiger Reserve.

While addressing the gathering, the Minister stated that the protection vehicle will be of much help for the timely protection activities inside the park.

While thanking Chief Secretary Naresh Kumar on whose initiative the vehicle was purchased under the UNTIED Fund, the Field Director Aduk Paron said that the  four-wheeled patrolling vehicle will be helpful in expediting the patrolling activities inside the park. The flagging off ceremony was also attended by Sunny K. Singh, Additional Deputy Commissioner.
