Katung Wahge was formally given a farewell by the PWD family

ITANAGAR, JULY 31 ; The PWD Chief Engineer Katung Wahge who retired from his 36 years of marathon service to the department who served at various parts of state was formerly today given away warm farewell by the top officials of PWD family here at golden jubilee banquet hall at a simple but impressive function.

Several top engineers of PWD and other senior officers of the department were present on the occasion to share their views, suggestions and word of advice for the future. Wahge explains the truth of life and dedication and sincerity need to be put up to build a frame and better estimate for the project. He urged the engineers also to put up the experienced and better knowledge from the seniors and bêtes technique gained during the tenure and training to build better infrastructure in state and country.

Wahge also urged upon the engineers fraternity to pass on the knowledge to juniors so that the junior one day can work with dedication and sincerity with devotion for a better Arunachal Pradesh. He also shared his life time activities right form his joining of service as an Assistant Engineer from Anini to the post of chief engineer and till his retirement.

Wahge assure to work for the development of state through social works and also work for the NGO his has been associated and the indigeniour faith and vulture society of Arunachal Pradesh.

It is to mention that Katung Wahge, a first-generation officer of Nyishi community, has been retired from service on Friday July 30 from the post of Chief Engineer (PWD).
