RAGA, FEB 11 : The Kamle district administration has issued restriction and traffic regulation for plying of vehicular traffic on National Highway-13 in view of ongoing work construction.
In an order issued by Kamle Deputy Commissioner Adong Pertin vide order No-KML/11/2019/PA(Corr) dated February 10 said that the vehicle and traffic regulation on NH-13 has been made in view of ongoing construction of Trans Arunachal Highway (TAH). The regulation of traffic on the national highway was felt necessary for early completion of formation cutting ( FC works) from Raga to Tamen Pakage-III 90 +500 to 117+500 including the rocky portions. DC said.
The traffic on the said stretch shall be closed from morning 7 AM to 9 AM, 10 AM to 1PM and in afternoon from 2 PM to 5 PM. The traffic shall be allowed to ply in morning from 9 AM to 10 AM, 1 PM to 2 PM in afternoon and in evening 5 PM to early morning 7 AM on daily basis and this order shall be valid till April 30. DC said adding that in case of medical emergency the contractor shall take care.
The information has been sent to both the civil and police administration of Lower Subansiri and Upper Subansiri districts so that the commuters do not face much inconvenience on the under construction Trans Arunachal Highway. DC further said.
