Itanagar, Aug 19: Four drug peddlers/ addicts were apprehended in two raids at Changlang and Miao of Arunachal Pradesh.
The Changlang police said on a release, On 18/8/2022, based on input, the ADS Changlang led by Insp C Yanchang and party apprehended one drug peddler identified as Mr Abhay Thapa, 20 yrs from Nadipar, Changlang and recovered suspected contraband drug brown sugar approx 2.51 gm from his possession.
In another incident, on 18/8/2022, the ADS team led by SI N Rango and party conducted a raid at Khagam Singpho village under Miao PS and apprehended three drug peddlers/addict identified as Kishan Singpho (40), Kumko Laseng Singpho (65) and Inja Nong Singpho (38) and recovered suspected drug approx 1.430 gm, cash amount Rs 16,650 suspected to be sale proceed, mobile phone 2 nos and one motorcycle from their possession. The Changlang release said.
