Fire victims of 5/1 cry for relief from administration and government

BANDERDEWA, NOV 28 : The four fire victims of 5/1 Banderdewa who have lost everything including the household belongings, daily use items and food and other essential items cry for relief from the capital district administration and state government including the local MLA.

The four fire victims who are the family members of the PWD department staffs has lost everything and household belonging and personal belongings of family including the children which turned into ash due to devastating fire mishap which took place on Saturday November 26th evening at around 6.30 PM.

Due to non availability of fire station and fire brigade the loss caused due to fire accident become huge and it is a demand of the general public and elected body and students and social organization since several years for establishment of fire station in Banderdewa, Nirjuli and Doimukh.

Itanagar Municipal corporation (IMC) Corporater form Banderdewa Kipa Loram alongwith his ward members on Monday morning has visited the fire accident site at 5/1 Banderdewa and interacted the victim and provided cash to procure some essential items for daily use. 

Speaking to media, IMC Corporater has appeal the IMC Mayor Tame Phasang, Doimukh local MLA Tana Hali Tara, Capital Deputy Commissioner Talo Potom and state Chief Minister Pema Khandu to help the fire victims as they are badly in need of immediate relief and compensation. He said.

‘I tried to provide them some cash but it would not met up any important for them but they are dire need the support of administration and government for their daily use and survival including food and clothing in cold winter’. Added Corporater Loram.
