ITANAGAR, JULY 12 ; The entry of visitors in the Arunachal Pradesh Civil Secretariat has been temporarily suspended and restricted in view of the surge in Covid 19 positive cases in the capital complex.
An order issued by General Administration department of Arunachal Pradesh state civil secretariat, Itanagar wide order NO-GA-12/2020 (part-II) dated July 7 2021 said that in pursuance of revised order no. SEOC/DRR&DM/01/2011-12 dated 30/06 2021isseud by Arunachal disaster management authority, it is hereby reiterated that the entry of the visitors in the Arunachal Pradesh civil secretariat shall remain suspended with immediate effect until further order. The order said.
The security personnels at the entry gate of the AP Civil Sectt will allow entry of only those visitors who have prior permission and after obtaining confirmation from the concerned office over intercom. However the entry of government officers and officials of other departments visiting civil secretariat on government duty are exempted from the purview of the order.
Meanwhile, Secretariat security officer, ASSO and SO inform that the general administration department has declared the secretariat campus as tobacco free and we are imposing and trying our best effort to make the AP Sectt as a tobacco free zone which is also a good initiative for the safety point for health hazards. The officers urge upon the officers and officials of various departments and other officers and officials coming from district to secretariat not to bring any types of tobacco products with them or in their vehicles.
