APPSC aspirants conduct donation drive to support whistleblower Gyamar Padang

ITANAGAR, Nov 20: With the theme ‘Reason to finish that we started’ the aggrieved aspirants to hold a one day donation drive for Gyamar Padang who is admitted to super specialist Dr. Rao’s ENT hospital in Hyderabad.

The donations drive would be stationed at Itanagar, Naharlagun, Nirjuli and Doimukh such as Zero point, Tennis court, Akashdeep, Gohpur Tinali, Deran Natung Natung Government College, National Institute of Technology, Don Bosco College, near Kingkup school, Rajiv Gandhi University (RGU), Government College Doimukh, Government Higher Secondary School Polo, Bage Tinali, Arunachal Law Academy, Tomo Riba Institute of Health & Medical Sciences (TRIHMS), main market, Sohum Shopping complex.

The supporters and aggrieved candidates on Sunday here at I G Park said, they were all alone from the very beginning of the protest back in 2014. They were duped by the cunning and vicious narrative of Arunachal Pradesh Public Service Commission (APPSC) members.

But as such saying goes ‘Truth can never be hiding’ from 2014 they were right which has been proved by Gyamar Padang.

The revelation made by Padang against the APPSC on paper leakage has not only surprised board members of commission, State government but also those common public earlier who too failed to understand the fighting against commission. 

The whistle blower Padang is the one who turned the coin and exposed the filthy side of the commission, thereby saving thousands of aspirants’ careers  and future generations.

There are more revelations to be made in the paper leakage issue, what they can do is to generate a little amount in support of Padang’s treatment from the donation drive. As it was he who despite going through difficulties stood against the commission by lodging FIR at risk, therefore it is their time to support him in his phase of difficulties.

They also sought help from denizens of the state to assist them by donating generously.

They also clarified that organising donation drives at education institutions is to impart an awareness to the students against the corrupted officers and to be more attentive in near future.

Reportedly Padang has been admitted in Hyderabad hospital following profound hearing loss for which he has to go through popular implant surgery at the earliest.
